Tropical Storm

• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Mango Puree
• 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Chilli Pepper Syrup
• 50ml London Essence Pink Grapefruit Soda
• 20ml Lemon Juice
• 30ml Passion Fruit juice

Salt and pepper rim on the glass and half passion fruit slice

Tumbler

1. 1 Rim a tumbler glass with salt and pepper and fill with ice.
2. 2 Pour all ingredients into glass, except soda.
3. 3 Top up with soda.
4. 4 Garnish and serve.
