Lavender Blossom Soda
Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lavender Syrup
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
- 10ml Lime juice
- 90ml Lemonade
- Splash Soda water
Garnish
Lavender sprig and lemon zest
Glass
Wine
Method
- 1 Fill a glass with ice and pour in both syrups, lime juice and lemonade.
- 2 Stir well.
- 3 Top up with a splash of soda water.
- 4 Garnish and serve.
