Yuzu Citron Ginger Iced Tea

• 50ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Citron Syrup
• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
• 200ml Lemon and Ginger Tea

Ice, 1 Passion Fruit, Rosemary Sprig, Dehydrated Orange Slice

Highball

1. 1 Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.
2. 2 Stir well to infuse the flavours.
3. 3 Garnish with rosemary, orange slice and half of a passion fruit.
