Yuzu & Cucumber Soda

• 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
• 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Cucumber Syrup
• 10ml Lime Juice
• 100ml Soda Water

Ice, Baby Breath, Cucumber Slice or Cucumber Rolls

Highball

1. 1 Pour all the ingredients, except the soda water, over ice into a highball glass.
2. 2 Top up with soda water, and stir gently.
3. 3 Garnish and serve.
