Yuzu & Coconut Mojito

Ingredients

  • 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Citron syrup
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 15ml fresh Lime Juice
  • 60ml Coconut Rum
  • 60ml Soda Water
  • A Splash Ginger Beer

Garnish

Ice, Lemon Wheel and Lime Zest

Method

  1. 1 Muddle syrup, mint leaves and juice in a mixing glass.
  2. 2 Add the coconut rum and ice till two thirds full. Cap and shake.
  3. 3 Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water and a splash of ginger beer.
  4. 4 Garnish with lemon wheel and lime zest.
