Yuzu & Coconut Mojito

Spruce up your menu with our Yuzu & Coconut Mojito. It's made with yuzu citron syrup, mint leaves, fresh lime juice, coconut rum, soda water and a splash of ginger beer.

Ingredients

30ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Citron syrup; 8 Mint Leaves; 15ml fresh Lime Juice; 60ml Coconut Rum; 60ml Soda Water; A Splash Ginger Beer

Garnish
Ice, Lemon Wheel and Lime Zest

Method

  1. Muddle syrup, mint leaves and juice in a mixing glass.

  2. Add the coconut rum and ice till two thirds full. Cap and shake.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water and a splash of ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel and lime zest.
