Lavender Sonic

• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lavender Syrup
• 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Syrup
• 80ml Soda Water
• 800ml Tonic Water
• 1 Lavender Sprig

Ice, Fresh lime

1. 1 Pour the syrups, over soda water and tonic water in a highball glass filled with ice.
2. 2 Add in the lavender sprig and stir, letting the flavours infuse.
3. 3 Garnish with fresh lime disk
