Ingredients
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Lemon Syrup
- 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup
- 30ml Premium red vermouth
- 20ml Fresh lime juice
- Top up London Essence Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water
Garnish
Lime peel
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice, except the red vermouth.
- 2 Shake vigorously.
- 3 Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda, and layer the red vermouth.
- 4 Garnish and serve.
