• 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Yuzu Lemon Syrup
• 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Cherry Syrup
• 30ml Premium red vermouth
• 20ml Fresh lime juice
• Top up London Essence Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water

Highball

1. 1 Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice, except the red vermouth.
2. 2 Shake vigorously.
3. 3 Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda, and layer the red vermouth.
4. 4 Garnish and serve.
