Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1 glass iced Americano
- 50ml Cream
Garnish
Sea Salt, crushed Pistachio Nuts

Method
- 1 Mix the syrup, cream and sea salt together
- 2 Pour over an iced americano, within a highball glass.
- 3 Garnish with sea salt and crushed pistachio nuts.
