• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
• Pinch Sea Salt
• 1 glass iced Americano
• 50ml Cream

Sea Salt, crushed Pistachio Nuts

Highball

1. 1 Mix the syrup, cream and sea salt together
2. 2 Pour over an iced americano, within a highball glass.
3. 3 Garnish with sea salt and crushed pistachio nuts.
