Pandan Matcha Iced Latte
Ingredients
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Pandan Syrup
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
- 3 grams Matcha powder
- 180ml Almond milk
- 50ml Espresso
Garnish
Pandan leaf and Matcha dusting
Glass
Tumbler
Method
- 1 Pour both syrups, Matcha powder and a splash of hot water into a tumbler glass.
- 2 Stir well. Add the ice cubes and pour over the milk.
- 3 Top with espresso and serve.
