Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Puree
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Puree
- 50ml Rum
- 60-80ml Water (to taste)
Garnish
Slice of Pineapple
Glass
Tumbler
Method
- 1 Pour rum, coconut puree, pineapple puree and water into a blender, excluding the ice.
- 2 Blend until mixed and smooth.
- 3 Add ice and blend again.
- 4 Pour into tumbler glass and garnish with pineapple slice.
