Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Puree
  • 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Pineapple Puree
  • 50ml Rum
  • 60-80ml Water (to taste)

Slice of Pineapple

Method

  1. 1 Pour rum, coconut puree, pineapple puree and water into a blender, excluding the ice.
  2. 2 Blend until mixed and smooth.
  3. 3 Add ice and blend again.
  4. 4 Pour into tumbler glass and garnish with pineapple slice.
