Puerto Rico

• 50ml White Rum
• 25ml Coconut Syrup
• 25ml Mango Syrup
• 1 Fresh Banana
• 200ml Pineapple Juice
• 50ml Single Cream
• A small scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Lime shell placed on the rim of the glass presenting a flat upward surface, brown sugar cube placed on the banana and soaked in OP dark rum and ignited.

Hurricane

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
2. 2 Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish and serve.
