- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Coconut Syrup
- 100ml Mango Juice
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 3 quarters of a Lime

Method
- 1 Muddle fruit and syrup.
- 2 Fill highball with ice cubes.
- 3 Pour other ingredients. Stir well to infuse the flavours.
