  • 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
  • 150ml Watermelon Juice
  • 10ml fresh Lime Juice
  • Handful Mint Leaves
  • Splash Soda Water

Garnish

Mint Leaves, Watermelon Slice

Method

  1. 1 Crush mint leaves in a glass.
  2. 2 Combine all other ingredients.
  3. 3 Stir well to infuse the flavours.
  4. 4 Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon slice.
