Ingredients
- 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
- 150ml Watermelon Juice
- 10ml fresh Lime Juice
- Handful Mint Leaves
- Splash Soda Water
Garnish
Mint Leaves, Watermelon Slice

Method
- 1 Crush mint leaves in a glass.
- 2 Combine all other ingredients.
- 3 Stir well to infuse the flavours.
- 4 Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon slice.
