• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
• 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• To top Sparkling Wine.

Sugar-coated rim and ring of lemon.

1. 1 Sugarcoat the rim of the glass.
2. 2 Place the syrup into the glass and top up with the sparkling wine.
3. 3 Garnish and serve.
