Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- To top Sparkling Wine.
Garnish
Sugar-coated rim and ring of lemon.
Glass
Champagne Flute
Method
- 1 Sugarcoat the rim of the glass.
- 2 Place the syrup into the glass and top up with the sparkling wine.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
