Ingredients

  • 40ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • Juice of 1 small Lime
  • 177ml Club Soda

Garnish

Crushed Ice, Lime Wedge, Mint Leaves

Method

  1. 1 Gently muddle the mint in the bottom of a highball glass.
  2. 2 Add lime juice and Hibiscus Syrup and stir gently to combine with crushed ice.
  3. 3 Slowly pour in club soda to fill up glass and gently stir.
