Hibiscus Nojito
Ingredients
- 40ml Mathieu Teisseire Hibiscus Syrup
- 10 Mint Leaves
- Juice of 1 small Lime
- 177ml Club Soda
Garnish
Crushed Ice, Lime Wedge, Mint Leaves
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Gently muddle the mint in the bottom of a highball glass.
- 2 Add lime juice and Hibiscus Syrup and stir gently to combine with crushed ice.
- 3 Slowly pour in club soda to fill up glass and gently stir.
