Elderflower Martini
Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Elderflower Syrup
- 40ml Vodka
- 60ml Pear Juice
- 5ml Lemon Juice

Method
- 1 Pour all ingredients, except the garnish, into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
- 2 Shake vigorously.
- 3 Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
