The Big Green Apple

• 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Apple Syrup
• 1 Sprig Rosemary
• Slices Green Apple
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• Top up Soda Water or Sparkling Water

Ice cream float (one scoop), whipped cream and apple.

Highball

1. 1 Place all the ingredients into the glass and stir well.
2. 2 Produce an ice cream float.
3. 3 Garnish and serve.
