- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Apple Syrup
- 140ml Hot Water
- 5 Mint Leaves
- 4 Apple Slices

Method
- 1 Combine ingredients in a cup.
- 2 Stir well to infuse the flavours.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
