Ingredients
- 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Green Tea Syrup
- 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Apple Syrup
- 3 slices fresh Ginger
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Ginger Ale To Taste

Crushed Ice, Apple Slice, Mint Sprig

Method
- 1 Build syrups, juice and fresh ginger in a Julep tin, muddle with crushed ice.
- 2 Top up with ginger ale.
- 3 Garnish with an apple slice and mint sprig.
