- 50ml Gin (or Non-alcoholic Gin)
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 25ml Violet Syrup
- 2 dashes Miracle Foamer
- 10ml Water (alt 25ml Egg White or Aquafaba for markets who don’t have Foamer)
Garnish
Edible Viola flowers rested on the crema.

Method
- 1 Reverse dry shake with (with ice, then without) all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2 Alternatively, just shake very hard.
- 3 Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4 Garnish and serve.
