  • 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Peach Lemongrass syrup
  • 10ml Mathieu Teisseire Pomegranate syrup
  • 50ml mandarine juice
  • 50ml gin
  • 20ml lime juice.

Method

  1. 1 Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white.
  2. 2 Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  3. 3 Strain into a chilled glass.
  4. 4 Garnish and serve.
