Ramadan Rose

Ingredients

  • 25ml Rose Syrup
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 100ml Cranberry Juice
  • 50ml Soda Water

Garnish

Dried rose petals adhered to glass and one budded rose.

Method

  1. 1 Pre-prepare a highball glass by painting a line of rose syrup down the outside of the glass to create an adhesive surface and then sprinkle with dried rose petals.
  2. 2 Place all the ingredients into the pre-prepared highball glass, half full of crushed ice.
  3. 3 Mix with a bar spoon, and cap with more crushed ice. Garnish and serve.
