• 30ml Mathieu Teisseire Passion Fruit Puree
• 20ml lime juice
• 40ml light rum
• Mint leaves
• Top sparkling water

1. 1 In a glass, gently muddle the mint leaves, then fill with crushed ice.
2. 2 Add the remaining ingredients and top with sparkling water.
