Pistachio, Honey & Oat Highball

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vanilla Vodka

  • 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
  • 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup
  • 150-250ml Oat Milk *scale to glassware size

Garnish

Pistachio stripe on outside of the glass.

Method

    Paint a line, using pistachio syrup, down the side of a highball glass and sprinkle on crushed pistachio pieces.

    Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake to mix.
  3. 3
    Chill and dilute. strain into the pre-prepared small highball glass (with no ice).
  4. 4
    Garnish and serve.
