Pistachio, Honey & Oat Highball

A nutty, sweet, textured treat with vanilla vodka, oat milk and Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio and Honey flavours.

Ingredients

50ml Vanilla Vodka; 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup; 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Pistachio Syrup; 150-250ml Oat Milk *scale to glassware size

Garnish
Pistachio stripe on outside of the glass.

Method

  1. Paint a line, using pistachio syrup, down the side of a highball glass and sprinkle on crushed pistachio pieces.

  2. Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake to mix.
  3. Chill and dilute. strain into the pre-prepared small highball glass (with no ice).
  4. Garnish and serve.
