• 25ml Teisseire Pink Grapefruit 0% Syrup
• 25ml Elderflower Liqueur
• 100ml White Peach &
• Jasmine Soda
• Pinch Sea Salt

Grapefruit Slice.

1. 1 Add Grapefruit Syrup, Elderflower Liqueur and pinch of salt to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
2. 2 Strain into a Collins glass over ice and top with White Peach and Jasmine Soda.
3. 3 Garnish with Lavendar Sprig and Grapefruit Slice.
