Ingredients
- 50ml Mathieu Teisseire Mango Puree
- 7ml Lime juice
- Top up Extra dry sparkling wine

Method
- 1 Pour mango puree and extra dry sparkling wine into a chilled coupe glass.
- 2 Stir gently with a mixing spoon.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
