• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Lemon Syrup
• 40ml Vodka
• 20ml Dry Vermouth
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 40ml Egg White

1. 1 Add ingredients to a shaker.
2. 2 Dry shake the egg white, add the rest of the ingredients and shake over ice.
3. 3 Fine Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
