TERM & CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION
Flavour Masters Competition 2025 by Mathieu Teisseire (later referred to as Flavour Masters)
is organized by Britvic EMEA Limited (Registered Number: 02063777) Breakspear Park,
Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4TZ, UK (the “Promoter”)

Flavour Masters will run from tuesday 11th of March 2025 to 15 th of october 2025. Open to all the residents of {the country name} aged 18 years or over. This excludes employees and
their immediate families of the Promoter; its agencies or anyone else professionally connected
with the promotion.

There are 10 places for the National Final to be won in each respective market by the
participants in the First Round of the competition.
There are 5 places for the Global Final to be won :1 place from each market, by the
participants in the National Final round of the competition, to travel to Crolles and Paris, in
France.
There is 1 grand prize to be won at the Global Final round of the competition; whereby the winning Global competition finalist will travel and be host by one of the participating country of Flavour Masters 2025 to experience a bespoke flavour experience; an opportunity to deepen its knowledge & experience True Flavour on a global scale. Valued at $8 000 including T&E*. The Global winner will be associated with local Trade-show, guest bartending and seminars and an annual contract of representation

* 5 markets engaged in 2025 : France, Greece, Baltics, Vietnam & Saudi Arabia. Flavour Tour will take place on one of these countries.

Flavour Masters Global Winner

To be eligible to win the Grand Final prize, Flavour Master participants must have:

  1. submitted their entry drink details via the official local Flavour Masters entry form
  2. participated in and won their country competition National Final.

The Global Winner selection will take place at the Global Final on 13th -15th October 2025 in France. The winner is determined as the highest-scoring person from 3 challenges undertaken at the Global Final. The challenges are judged by a panel of industry experts using objective
scoring criteria which is available for all finalists to review in advance of the Global Final
competition.

The winner will be notified by the Promoter and in the event a claim for a prize is not
received by the Promoter within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement and/or award the prize to the to the next best entrant. The Promoter’s decision on points scored and who has won is final, and no correspondence
will be entered into.

The Grand Final prize will be redeemed by the Winner in 2026 and the dates required for international travel as part of the Grand Final prize will be communicated to the Winner by their National Brand Ambassador.

Flavour Master First Round Winners

To be eligible to win one of 10 places at a National Final, Flavour Masters participants will be required to submit their competition entry drink meeting all required criteria as expressed on the entry google form and the competition entry one-pager; their submission drink must meet the minimum required standards and criteria for in-bar judging as deemed successful by the local Brand Ambassador responsible for screening and judging submitted drink recipes; their drink must be assessed within their place of work by the Brand Ambassador within the in-bar judging period; their drink must be amongst the 10 highest- scoring drink submissions as scored by the Brand Ambassador from all entered drinks.

The 10 First Round winners will be notified by the Brand Ambassador of their place in the next round within 3 days of the in-bar judging period closing. It is the responsibility of the 10 First Round winners to ensure their availability for and participation at the National Final round of the competition within their country. In the event any National Finalist requires extended travel and/or accommodation to reach and participate in their country National Final, such cost expensing will need to be agreed to between the National Finalist and their local Britvic representatives. Any chosen National Finalist who is unable to make the specified date and time of the National Final competition as communicated by the Brand
Ambassador, they will forfeit their place in the National Final, and the next highest-scoring First Round entrant will be contacted to take their place at the National Final competition.

The winners will be notified by the Promoter and in the event a claim for a prize is not
received by the Promoter within 3 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the
right, at its discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement and/or award the prize to the next best
entrant. The Promoter’s decision on points scored and who has won is final, and no
correspondence will be entered into.

Dates may be subject to change at the promoter’s discretion.

Flavour Master National Final Winners

To be eligible to win one of 5 places at the Global Final, Flavour Masters National Final participants must have been formally announced as the Flavour Master winner for their country at their competition National Final, by virtue of being

  1. announced as the Country Winner at the conclusion of their respective National Final
    event by the event host,
  2. and published in Trade & Social Media announcements sent out directly by Britvic or
    their approved partner agencies; be available for the Global Final taking place over 3
    days from 13th to 15th of October 2025 between Paris & Crolles, France;
  3. and be eligible for visa and/or to be granted permission of entry into France in October
    2025 for a period of 1 week.

The 5 National Final winners will be notified by email and phone call by the Brand Ambassador of their place in the Global Final within 3 days of the National Final competition closing.

It is the responsibility of the 5 National Final competition winners to ensure their availability
for their participation at the Global Final round of the competition. Any chosen Global Finalist who is unable to make the specified date and time of the Global Final competition as communicated by the Brand Ambassador, they will forfeit their place in the Global Final, and the next highest-scoring National Final competitor will be contacted to take their place at the
Global Final competition.

The winners will be notified by the Promoter and in the event a claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to withdraw prize entitlement and/or award the prize to the next best entrant. The Promoter’s decision on points scored and who has won is final, and no correspondence will be
entered into.

Dates of the Global Final may be subject to change at the promoter’s discretion.

FULL T&C’S

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions which are available from all Brand Ambassadors are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted
and be bound by the terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is only open to {name of the country } residents aged 18 years and over who:

  • Competitors should be drink professionals actually working in the participating
    venue;
  • have permission from their employer at the Participating Venue to participate in the
    promotion;
  • On the day of the National Final, all competitors will have to bring their own tools
    and glasses and follow the exact recipe they submitted during the entry phase.
  • Changes to the recipe could result in points being deducted or disqualification from
    the competition.
  • can take the major prize if selected as the winner, including being able to travel to
    the relevant countries or participate virtually on selected dates;
  • are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their
    agencies associated with the promotion;

Participants will only be confirmed if approved by employing venue and Britvic or Britvic Distributor Account Manager.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

This promotion will comprise of the following stages:

  1. Entry Phase– Online submissions around “Make drinks memorable”
  2. First round – Local in-bar judging selection by local BAs
  3. National Finals
  4. Global Final

The initial entry period for the Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters competition will be open from Tuesday 11th of Match 2025 and will end on {fill the date}.

The judging period for entrants qualifying for the First Round will start on {fill the dates}.

The competition National Finals will be held in each participating country at a date determined by each participating country respectively, within the period of 1st of may 2025 to the latest 30th of June 2025.

The competition Global Finals will be held from 13th to 15th of October 2025.

TO ENTER

To enter the competition, entrants must do so during the Entry Phase (defined below) and complete the entry form on mathieuteisseire.com website : {fill the link }

To be eligible for consideration for in-bar judging it must include the following details – entrant name; email address; phone number; Instagram account handle; entrants place of work; the full drink recipe including all ingredients and their measurements, any garnishes used, the vessel it is served in and any techniques used to prepare any ingredients of the drink; a detailed explanation of how their drink meets the competition entry brief as detailed on
mathieuteisseire.com, on social media and/or on the official Flavour Masters 2025 one-pager; 1 hi res photos taken of the entry drink (one photo with a bottle of the Mathieu Teisseire product used placed next to the drink) and must comply with the theme : MAKE DRINKS MEMORABLE

Each entrant is permitted to enter just one submission.

By entering Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters competition, you are giving the Promoter permission to share your image and name on Mathieu Teisseire and partner business social media channels as part of the Promotion.

ENTRY DRINKS CHALLENGE

To be eligible to enter the the first round, eligible entrants are required to create a cocktail that
capture a beloved moment of a day ; most specifically the emotion that this moment is procuring; and unlock a memorable drinking experience through the power of Mathieu Teisseire true flavours .
You will have the choice to submit either a hot drink, refreshment, cocktail or zero-proof. 

Your cocktail must contain at least one Mathieu Teisseire syrup of your choice and available on your market. No minimum ml needed.

FIRST ROUND – LOCAL IN-BAR JUDGING

After entries closed, all drink submissions should be evaluated ‘on paper’ by local BAs before arranging to judge them in person. This is to ensure they are of sufficient quality and responding to the theme.
The in-bar judging period will take place between {April and May 2025}.
The local BAs will be in charge to contact the entrants to arrange a specific time / date to visit each venue selected.
The Top 10 will be selected based on a points system following certain criteria as set out
below:

– Does the vessel & garnish elevate the serve?
Taste and balance /10
– Does the drink taste great?
– Are the flavours balanced and layered well?
– Does the drink have a pleasant & complex nose, palate and finish?
MTSR Balance & Expression / 10
– Can you taste the MTSR product in the drink?
– Does the MTSR product elevate the drink flavour?
– Is the MTSR product complimented by the other flavours in the drink?
True Flavour Expression /10
– Does the drink capture the essence of a perfect moment of the day?
- Does the drink fit with the moment?

TECHNICAL EVALUATION (10 points)

Ingredients checked – No ice/ustensils dropped – No liquid/ingredients lost during the preparation – correct measurements of ingredients conforming to the given recipe and no leftovers – Use of the correct technique in preparing the drink – Incorrect glass handling either during preparation or serving – Overall impression on technical abilities

THE PERFORMANCE (8 points)

The Top 10 entrants in the first Round will be invited to participate in the National Final as set
out below.

NATIONAL FINAL

The Top10 entrants (“Finalists”) will be required to compete in a series of challenges held at a location to be determined by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to select reserves and use them as a replacement in the event that any of the original Finalists do not want to participate further, or are otherwise deemed ineligible. The successful entrants will be notified by the Promoter before the National Final.

THE PRIZES

All entrants visited or e-visited by BA’s will win 3 bottles of the new Mathieu Teisseire
Remix range (or another product available in market).

The Top 10 will be invited to the Flavour Masters National Final

National Final Competition Winners (per country/market)

• a Flavour master national winner trophy
• an all expenses paid trip to Global Final in France; including accommodation, flights,
meals and other expenses.
• a 2000 € cash prize
• A potential contract with MTSR next year

The prize to attend and compete at the competition Global Final will comprise a trip of a maximum of 3 days in France (Crolles & Paris), including: travel to and from each markets preferred airport, return flights to each respective market, accommodation, subsistence, and internal travel within the set itinerary. All reasonable expenses will be covered by Britvic at their discretion and any activates outside of the agreed itinerary or costs not deemed as a
reasonable expense will be the responsibility of the prize winners to cover.

The trip will take place between from 13th to 15th of October 2025. The winners will fly from their market of residence and return to their market of residence. All correct valid visas and passports must be confirmed prior to travel by the participant. The prizes are non-transferable, must not be offered for resale, and rights to postpone the trip are reserved by the Promoter but cannot be amended by the winners.

The Global Flavour Master winner

The prize to win Flavour Masters 2025 is a bespoke & immersive travel experience into an exceptional terroir renowned for its unparalleled aromatic richness. A 5 days tour of one of the country engaged into the 2025 global competition. An opportunity to deepen its
knowledge & experience True Flavour on a global scale. Valued at $8 000 including T&E

The Global winner will be associated with Trade-show, guest bartending and seminars and an annual contract of representation.

Global Exposure :Winner will be revealed through local and global PR

GENERAL

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant.
The Promoter does not assume any responsibility, liability, loss, or damage sustained as a result of or in connection with this promotion: for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, and communications failure or otherwise; where there is no breach of any legal duty of care owed to the participant; where any loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of breach of any such duty of care; where any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and
conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and
for business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances
make this unavoidable and to substitute the prize with one of equivalent or greater value. The prize or its alternative must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part in connection with this promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to award the prize to the winning entrant.

delivery of the prizes only. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable and will not be kept after the promotion has ended. By signing up to and participating in the Mathieu Teisseire Flavour Masters competition
participants agree to be included in any photography or video during the competition period
and agree the use of their name and image across all advertising is permitted until the end of
the competition period.
The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the entrant that
is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any
third party although it will always use reasonable endeavours to minimise any entrant
disappointment.
