Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka or Vanilla Vodka

  • 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire White Chocolate Syrup
  • 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Raspberry Syrup
  • 100ml Half &
  • Half (½ Milk, ½ Cream) *Volume may vary to fit specific glassware used

Garnish

Light dusting of dehydrated raspberry powder on the surface.

Martini, Coupe


Method

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake to mix.

    Strain into the Martini glass.

    Garnish and serve.
