• 20ml Mathieu Teisseire Basil Syrup
• ½ Lime
• 8 Basil Leaves
• 40ml Apple Juice
• Soda Water To Taste

Ice, Lime Peel, Wheel or Wedge, Basil Sprig

1. 1 Pour fruit into a glass and muddle with syrup.
2. 2 Fill glass with ice cubes.
3. 3 Add remaining ingredients.
4. 4 Stir well to infuse the flavours.
