Honey Macadamia Martini

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gold Rum
  • 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Macadamia Syrup
  • 12.5ml Mathieu Teisseire Honey Syrup
  • 150ml Greek Yogurt

Garnish

Crushed macadamia nuts sprinkled on the surface.

Martini, Coupe

Method

  1. 1 Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake hard to mix.
  2. 2 Chill, dilute and emulsify, strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
  3. 3 Garnish and serve.
