Ingredients
- 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Chocolate Syrup
- 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Amaretto Syrup
- 45ml dark Rhum
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml vegan foamer
- 20ml cream
- Top with soda water
Garnish
Grated Chocolate
Glass
Highball
Method
- 1 Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake hard to mix well and strain into a highball glass.
- 2 Pour the blend into the glass, and top with soda water.
- 3 Garnish and serve.
