Ingredients

  • 5ml Mathieu Teisseire Chocolate Syrup
  • 15ml Mathieu Teisseire Amaretto Syrup
  • 45ml dark Rhum
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml vegan foamer
  • 20ml cream
  • Top with soda water

Method

  1. 1 Add all the ingredients except the soda water to a cocktail shaker full with ice, shake hard to mix well and strain into a highball glass.
  2. 2 Pour the blend into the glass, and top with soda water.
  3. 3 Garnish and serve.
